DESCRIPTION:WONDER WOMEN FITNESS WEEKEND RETREAT – with Natalie Shostak and Wonder Women Fitness\nNovember 6th – 8th  2026\n  \nAbout this Retreat\nJoin Natalie and her team  for a luxurious & indulgent weekend of movement\, nourishment\, rest and friendship – the foundations of a strong and vibrant life. \nWe are a  personal training team specialising in menopausal strength and mobility \n\nWe believe exercise should keep you moving freely\, feeling fit and strong\, and looking great.\n​As we age\, our body responds differently to exercise. \nWe need to employ new strategies for increased strength\, cardiovascular endurance\, mobility and muscular density.\nThis isn’t a bootcamp.\nIt’s not a detox.\nExpect strength and mobility suitable for all fitness levels \, practical nutrition discussions\, restorative downtime.\nThere will be space to learn\, laugh \, rest and recharge.\nAll specifically tailored for menopause.\n\nAbout Natalie\nlet me help you… \nI didn’t choose to specialise in fitness for women over 40 – it chose me! ​ \nMy clients and friends would complain that they were training harder in their 40’s\, and seeing fewer results… so I looked into it. \nMy passions… \nI have 2 great professional passions – exercise and food\, and I’ve been so lucky to marry successful careers in both!  \n​Having worked in the food industry for over 20 years I understand the importance of fresh\, nutritious ingredients to provide you with the sustenance you need to flourish from the inside out. \nexercise and me.. \nExercise has also played a delightful constant in my life and provided me with so much joy. I have run numerous half marathons (my favourite distance to date) over many years\, and I have worked out at countless fabulous gym facilities for the last two decades.  \nNothing relieves stress better than some exercise!
