After years of teaching in Melbourne Studios\, Taylah now operates Club Bend studio in her hometown Traralgon. \nAlex is based in Melbourne and teaches yoga and Mat Pilates at a variety of studios around Melbourne\, including Saint Haven\, Saint\, Fort Green & Upstate Studios. Alex is our head of marketing and dreams one day of being as good a dog mum to a golden retriever as Taylah is to Ava. \nTaylah and Alex love to create warming and welcoming spaces for you to move\, connect and feel amazing.
