I started my yoga journey in 2016 and it became a passion as I felt its transformative benefits on my body, mind and spirit. During the 2020 lockdowns, I began my teacher training journey, achieving my 200HR certification with the Australian Yoga Academy. I have since completed courses in teaching Yin Yoga, Children’s Yoga and Philosophy behind Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. I continue to deepen my knowledge of yoga as I look forward to courses in Yoga Nidra and the Tao of Yin Yoga. My passion to share my love for this practice that contributes so much to the evolution of self is what motivates me to teach my growing community of yoga students.
