DESCRIPTION:KAREN’S WELLNESS JOURNEY with OVARIAN CANCER RETREAT – a private retreat for Karen\n  \n28th AUGUST  – 1st SEPTEMBER  \n  \nABOUT THIS PRIVATE RETREAT\n2 weeks before Xmas \, 2020 the year of the corona virus\,  I was feeling so fit and healthy until routine ultrasound for menopause Diagnosed stage 3 ovarian cancer . \nWith no symptoms \, the shock was an understatement. \nSo my battle with began and my journey to wellness continues with the love and support of my army of friends \, family \, work colleagues and my amazing community. \n5 year on\, many operations\, including bowel and bladder surgery and a full hysterectomy and countless rounds of chemotherapy\, im grateful for medical advancement and I have faith in my medical team . \nYou are all on this journey with me that keeps me positive and strong . I am so grateful and overwhelmed with so much love you all give me. \n  \n
