An intimate weekend in a small group environment for busy souls seeking space to unwind & restore through practices for nervous system regulation.
Nourish body & soul
Take yourself out of your routine for a weekend to a sanctuary of tranquility. In a small group setting, we will engage in healing practices of Yoga (Hatha & Yin), meditation and reflect in Workshops.
A Fire ceremony with sacred cacao + optional nature walk will make this weekend a restorative experience.
Workshops:
Nervous System Regulation & Somatic Awareness (led by Dr Simone Reinwald)
Discover the power of understanding your nervous system and how stress and unresolved emotions can become trapped in the body. Explore simple tools, self-massage techniques, and somatic practices designed to release tension and restore balance. Learn to recognize the early signs of stress manifesting in your body and develop awareness to respond with calm and resilience.
Mindset and healthy boundary setting (led by Melitta Pinney)
This Workshop takes you on a holistic approach to enhancing your wellbeing via working on your mindset, beliefs and views on life. Drawing from the toolbox of positive psychology and coaching, we establish what healthy boundaries are and how we can use these to live our life in alignment with who we are. This helps to not leak any energy and sustain balance in everyday life..

About Dr Simone Reinwald – With over 12 years of experience, Simone is a passionate Yoga and Qigong teacher dedicated to helping others explore the mindful concepts of Eastern traditions for better wellbeing. Her journey into these practices began as a way to balance the intensity of her Yang-driven career as an Immunologist and to regulate her overstimulated nervous system.
Simone’s teaching is rooted in a blend of eastern wisdom, research-backed evidence and personal experience, creating a unique therapeutic approach that is reflected in the name Simmy’s Yoga Lab.
Her classes provide a nurturing space for students to reconnect with themselves, offering healing practices that promote balance & restore energy levels. Tools to regulate the nervous system from a physical perspective, self-myofascial release as well as acupressure massage complement her Yoga & Qigong classes.

Melitta is a highly experienced and passionate facilitator dedicated to creating life-changing yoga and meditation retreats both within Australia and abroad. With over a decade of experience as a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Mental Health Instructor, and Positive Psychology Practitioner, she takes a holistic approach to enhancing your wellbeing.
