DESCRIPTION:A private carers retreat\nwith Denise Cran and Discovering Strength\nDenise Cran has been a Registered Psychologist since the year 2000.\n\nDenise Cran has been a Registered Psychologist since the year 2000.  She is passionate about helping people with additional needs.  Denise spent the first 10 years of her professional career helping people with disabilities obtain and retain employment.  She then moved to working with children and adolescents and was employed by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (DEECD) as a Senior Psychologist.  More recently she has been working in Private Practice helping children diagnosed with Autism and other Developmental and Learning Difficulties. \nDenise lives in Melton and has always worked in the Western Suburbs.  She is excited about expanding her own venture.  With her hand-picked team of dedicated and compassionate professionals\, we currently offer Psychological Therapy and Group Programs.  Our service also provides training for Provisional Psychologists. \nabout this retreat  \n\nParent/carer support group\nOur parent/carer support group brings together carers and parents who experience similar issues.\nTogether\, participants are supported by a Psychologist to learn new approaches from each other so that people do not feel so alone on their journey with their children. Topics of discussion are lead by the participants. It is an opportunity to share feelings\, insights and make some new friends.\n\ninfo@discoveringstrength.com.au
