Fiona Heart, facilitator and founder of Inspiring Heart has a deep passion to Nurture, Inspire and Support others on their life journey. 35 years in the beauty industry was my foundation to listen to others with compassion and to observe human behaviour, without judgement but with an opportunity to analyse the thoughts, feelings and actions of our beliefs and how we create our own reality. Single Mother of 3 teenage Boys, has taught me to find a strength within and realise I needed guidance and support along the way guide me to create my best life and be my best version of myself. Once I first learnt to do the inner work and find the tools to ground my new wisdom. my relationship with myself was my biggest gift and only then was it easily to authentically project Unconditional love out to others and be the amazing mother, friend & daughter I am today. Now a Yoga and Nidra instructor, understanding the Sutras and the importance of the Breath, a Healing Lomi Lomi body worker with the foundation of the pure essence of Unconditional Love and a Conscious Manifestor of Pure Health, Love and Beauty that surrounds me. My journey has brought me to a place of pure Peace and Harmony. With this as my foundation, I can now live my passion to support and guide others on their journey, to share the tools and wisdom I have gathered along the way.
