“RISE” Retreat is an indulgent experience of presence and self discovery, reconnecting you with what lays within and supporting you as you rise to your greater potential. 

Our three wonderful facilitators: Kira, Belinda and Mirella will guide you through an indulgent weekend that includes: cacao ceremony, yoga, heartfelt yin, sound healing, vocal toning: Our VOICES are the MOST powerful healing instrument of all, and we are looking forward to using them on this retreat. Vocal Toning means to use your own voice with intention as a healing instrument. It is not singing or chanting, it’s creating a drawn out sound that has the ability to bring your energetic body back into balance or back into tune; and SO much more.

The weekend will allow for space and time to reach a deeper level of connection, relaxation and release in mind, body and spirit.

Rise Retreat is an experience of presence and self discovery, allowing you to clear blockages and align all the parts of yourself.

Throughout the evening our three wonderful hosts, Belinda, Mirella and Kira will guide you through an indulgent weekend that includes- cacao ceremony, connection, yoga, heartfelt yin, sound healing and so much more. Allowing space and time for you to reach a deeper level of connection, relaxation and release in mind, body and spirit.

The facilitators:  Kira is a yoga teacher, compassionate coach and ceremonialist and healer who is able to easily relate to the issues that block us from achieving our true potential. Accessing her intuition to tune into you on a deeper level – Kira helps individuals move past limiting beliefs and old stories, to reclaim their power and return to the magic that they are.

Belinda’s yoga journey began as a way of reducing stress. Unexpectedly, it completely transformed her life and offered a path for deep self exploration and healing. She has come to learn that yoga, like life, is a meditation in motion, an opportunity for our entire being to move intuitively and organically. Belinda enjoys tailoring her classes and offering an experience through which students are completely held, can slow down, reconnect and surrender.

Mirella is a joyous woman who is passionate about health and wellbeing. Being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2015 led Mirella down a wellness path where she was introduced to the wonderful world of Sound Healing; healing the body using audible sound. Drawing on her background in singing, Mirella uses her voice as well as a combination of sacred sound instruments to create a nourishing sound healing experience.  Mirella is a certified SoulNar (Sound Healing + Energy Healing) Practitioner, holds a Sound Healing Academy Level 1: Foundation in Integral Sound Healing certificate and is also currently completing her training in the Yoga of Sound.
