Included in your 3 days of writing and wellness:

💎Wholesome and delicious plant-based meals and snacks that nourish the entire body. All meals are prepared and served on site by a top chef using locally sourced ingredients.

💎Guided mindfulness and movement sessions by a meditation facilitator. The sessions are designed to connect you to your vision of sharing your story and make you feel nurtured, rejuvenated and inspired.

💎2 nights accommodation in luxury twin share accommodation. (A private suite is available at an additional cost.)

💎Use of the Summer House facilities for the length of the retreat: 12pm 27th Oct to 12pm 29th Oct
