About Sandra
I’m Sandra Tenge and I help women balancing a busy life, embrace authentic self care with personalized naturopathic sessions, group classes, workshops and retreats, enabling them to discover greater health, joy and a sense of calm, free from overwhelm, stress and anxiety.
Sandra Tenge is a Certified Yoga Teacher, a Chopra certified Meditation Teacher, Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist, and Health Educator with 30+ years’ experience in holistic health. Known as “the IBS Naturopath,” she specialises in gut health, the gut-brain connection, nervous system support, anxiety and fatigue. Blending natural medicine with her background as an ICU nurse, Sandra takes a compassionate, integrative approach to help clients restore energy, hormonal balance, and emotional wellbeing. Through personalised naturopathic care, functional testing, yoga, and meditation she empowers individuals to achieve lasting vitality across all stages of life.
