Justine & Kellie focus on support and connection with in the yoga class.
Our style is slow and meditative, and accessible to every body, age and yoga level. At Yacht Club Yoga we Sail into the present whilst stretching and strengthening. Focusing on movement & breath, we dive into our Blue Mind by the smell the sea air, the breeze on our skin and the bay all around us.
More than a Yoga Retreat, this will be a space to find pause.
To find a quiet moment.
To stop, reflect, take stock, and pace ourselves in preparation for winter.
The term “Blue Mind’ describes the meditative state we fall into when we are in, near or under water.
It’s the antidote to the Red or Overstimulated Mind.
The sea is a magical place that calls us to pause. To embrace the calm and listen to ourselves or be in awe of the storm and gather strength.
To appreciate all that she holds and feel a deep sense of gratitude and connection to it all. Through movement and nature bathing, The Blue Mind Retreat will create the space required to set an intention for greater self-kindness.
