Tatiana is on a mission is to help, guide and mentor women in becoming the best version of themselves, both personally and professionally. Her work captures women yearning to step into their power authentically
She specialises in Women’s Leadership coaching and Reconnecting Women To Their Self-Worth & Value, Corporate Culture Specialist and also has started the Surf Coast Migrant Women Connect – Connecting and Empowering Migrant career and Professional Women

The Mother-Daughter Collective is a beautiful, bold space for women like you – mothers, daughters, or both – who want to laugh together, cry together, grow together, and finally start talking about the real stuff.
A sacred space for the women we’ve become…and the girls we once were. This is where your story with your mother gets to breathe. Whether it’s close, complicated, or somewhere in between. Here, your truth is welcome.
We gather not to fix the past, but to gently understand it, to honour what was, and to choose what comes next. Through shared stories, soul-led retreats, and tender conversations, The Mother–Daughter Collective invites you home to your voice, your worth, and the bond that shaped you.
