Kelly and Anna are two passionate, accomplished Life and Health Coaches who are experienced in holding space for others through 1 on 1 coaching, personal mentoring, group coaching and through the facilitation of workshops and sacred circles.
Between them, they have over 20 years of experience in the personal development and health & wellness realms. Their knowledge and expertise are in the areas of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, Advanced Nutrition & Health Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Intuitive Energy Therapy, Hypnosis, Reiki, Kundalini, the Chakra System, Meditation, Mindfulness, HeartMath Therapy for Stress, Anxiety & Self-Regulation, Yoga, Sound Healing, Oracle Card Readings, Aromatherapy, Manifestation and many other modalities in the art of self-discovery and healing.

- In a small group of a maximum of 8 participants, Kelly and Anna will introduce, instruct and inspire you to balance creation through interactive workshops, self-reflection, guided meditation, yoga, breathing practices, sound healing, time in nature and much more.
- Kelly and Anna create a heart centred space for you to explore where you may be lacking balance and empower you to discover and apply tools to help restore it.
